New FCC Net Neutrality Rules

The FCC has proposed a new Net neutrality rules which as stated may stop Comcast from discriminating from P2P applications on their network, such as Limewire, uTorrent, Transmission Bittorent clients. But also AT&T will have a harder time justifying why it wont allow SlingPlayer to be used over 3G network where giving WinMo and Blackberry all the bandwidth they desire. To sum it up, it’ll prevent wireless companies from blocking applications and also from discriminating against the web content and services.
